I'm really tired now having got up very early worked all day thinking about study drinking far too much tea coffee and cider, but I just want to blog this, because I feel W, J, (first time for them to be at fibbers!!) A, and K were so sweet, they showed that they trusted my music taste, and that was tremendously touching... especially this was like one of the very few nights before K will return to his homeland for good. This night was thus extremely meaningful.

And indeed the gig went well , (one of the) new songs (was) were very good, but the feedback was deafening (oh well just once or twice) and the sound was occassionally a bit unclear through the speakers, because I did feel occassionally the guitars sounds were not carried out properly, plus the backing vocals were a bit too low, whereas the drums beats and the leading vocal were clear enough, probably a bit louder than they wanted them to sound, I felt. I might be wrong tho. E was singing more than he did before.. which was excellent! I can see him one day becoming like Graham Coxon.. I was trying to remember some of the chords, but then I said to myself perhaps playing chords on acoustic guitar would be different anyway... Oh live performances rule!!!!!

Chinese new year's eve approaching... gotta tidy up my room, prepare a feast, and then wait for the Year of the Dog to come, bringing me loads of joy and more memorable happy tunes.

i'm taking it seriously about the importance of tidying up the house on new years eve, probably did too much in a rush so i'm feeling slightly unwell at the mo...

but it shall be a great night tonight! in taiwan it's already past midnight now tho, so i have just decorated our little house with red stuff here and there...
